You are being let go so that they can loop back around with the same job openings at much much lower pay with the reasoning that AI does the bulk of the decision making.

The time to unionize is NOW, while the C-level id--ts are finding out that AI cannot simply replace skilled and knowlegeable engineers.
6 figure tech job will stay because of inflation. if you think you can replace engineer with AI operator on min wage - good luck.
