I'm tired of seeing coworkers turn on each other. We're all in the same boat. The company doesn't care about any of us, so why are we wasting our energy on each other?

What is the OP referring to? The one guy who makes up half the threads and most the post responses that farms downvotes? Actual in office situation? Vague-posting is annoying.
you should be more worried about the ones with a mouth full azz that will tell management anything about you. there is one on every team.
Honestly, that's what State Farm wants to happen. It's just another way they can drive away good people without having to pay them a severance or unemployment. It also makes each of us the "bad guy" and not them.
