I noticed some changes in the Customer Service area. I think that the main guy that came from Cigna, a VP in Customer Service, is no longer with HCSC. Is this a one off thing? Or is the trend now to replace leadership coming from Cigna with HCSC leadership?

They shut down all the buildings to balance out all the costs for the acquisitions and also the lawsuits. WFH is going to bite them in the butt.
@c4 yeah but these ones feel more significant since they stayed longer then the others and I am pretty sure this signifies the end of HS leadership, which is worth noting.
HealthSpring leaders have been consistently resigning for 15 months. Very few left.
The lead over HealthSpring IT also resigned. Makes you wonder what the HealthSpring senior leaders know or see that is so bad they are choosing to leave.
