I'm thinking we won't see more cuts until next year. Anyone else have thoughts on timing?

Based on the frenzy of activity in the EM Marketplace channel, I have a funny feeling a ton of people are gearing up to leave early next year
@mb GBC's outside of Bangalore will be gone or nearly gone by 2029. Expensive Cowboys and Cheap Indians will be left.
After Polaris. 2028-2029 time frame. Will impact GBC locations more than US. But US still impacted.

Rankings have been posted in CC so your Supervisor knows, but nobody given permission to communicate to employees yet. HR still finalizing the exit system for the persons that received NSI twice in 5 years and must take the PIL with no PIP option.
@OP oh now we are calling it wave?! What was wrong with annual contract renewal?
@be Are you saying the company may be planning two different types of reductions here: the usual of building a case against cetain employees to fire them and then a separate round of layoffs affecting people who where not labeled personally as a poor performers but instead found to be a redundant or no longer necessary role? Will the second type of removals be announced publicly or be kept hidden for only mgt to know?
August - October 2026 when the NSI and NIs start their PIP or PIL process. No one has been communicated to, yet, regarding what their ranking was for the year, except for maybe some execs

@OP We are not done with this year's round yet. Be patient
Pressure on Houston, expensive employees but most will likely be trimmed with the PIP plus some additional divestments - European plants looking likely which will further trim global headcount.

The next round of NSI's started on July 1 for this year with the PADP cycle.
Nothing new. Next round one year from now PIP.
