Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

ISG, what did we expect when ...

  • We no longer innovate ...
  • We can't develop a single complete feature in less than 3 - 5 years ...
  • We don't follow any process ...
  • We have leaders who don't even understand best practice processes ...
  • We have leaders who refuse process ...
  • We can't hit a deadline or deliverable if our lives depended on it ...
  • We've had to endure shiiiiity, incompetent, inexperienced fake leadership for years ...
  • We use some of the worst tools in the industry ...
  • We don't hold people accountable for failed projects ...
  • We are years and years behind the competition ...
  • We are laughed at by the competition ...
  • We are laughed at by our customers ...
  • We don't have seasoned Enterprise Software Engineers ...
  • We don't have seasoned Enterprise Product Managers ...
  • We don't have seasoned Enterprise Project Managers ...
  • We don't have seasoned Enterprise UI/UX Designers ...
  • We don't have seasoned Enterprise Q/A Managers ...
  • Our Quality Control is in the toilet ...
  • And the worst of all, our AI hype and spin is a lie and the market know it ...

Well this will surely make it better. Less people surely means I'll be able to spend more time engineering and less time fighting iDRAC.
