They’re doing rolling layoffs each month and in different locations. This helps avoid the WARN act and other red flags.

@cv I'm not sure how morale could get lower.

Constant threats of layoffs, entire teams cut, forcing out skilled, knowledgeable people with decades of experience in favor of untrained offshore contractors, peeling away benefits one by one.

Bill is clearly trying to drive morale down to drive attrition so that he can avoid paying severance.
