Has anyone genuinely had any luck with their job search? I must say multiple rejections do not make this situation easier. Good luck to us all! I’m sure something better is coming for us!

I've been looking for 3 months now and have sent out about 50 applications and have received zero responses/interviews. I didn't take the VSP offer and I am actually currently interviewing for another role with Centene. It's weird that they are doing the VSP and also have new openings at the same time, just very few.
If you haven't started looking for a job yet all the other comments are correct with it taking at least 6 months to find a hybrid schedule or fully remote. And if you are looking for a job as a CSA expect to be paid under $20 an hour.
Ive applied for please 20 jobs that were easy apply. If had resulted in 2 interviews for one company.
Not to mention it is even harder if you are looking for a remote job (which many may have to do if they are not near a big city).
Expect it to take a year to find another job, easily, might take longer. Each job posting has 100's if not over 1000 applications. You will need to check daily, apply early, set up job posting notifications, etc. Just do not pay anyone to search for jobs for you, they are rampant on LinkedIn and do not have any ability beyond what you do to find jobs.
There has been virtually zero job creation in this country for the past 18 months. If you really parse the data, that’s the truth. Most companies are not hiring and the ones that are, are being extremely cautious. Expect to take at least 10-12 months to find a new job.
I was lucky enough to secure a contracting role for my current industry in claims as of Aug/Sept for starting as a back up. I did not take the VSP so we will see how things play out. With everything I know now, I probably would have taken it with all the uncertainty and no transparency but hoping there's some kind of severance given if my dept gets let go. Good luck to you.
Definitely do a resume revamp. There are a lot of people who will help with them to get past the ATS tracking for AI

I was laid off many years ago, it su-ked. I was lucky I found a job in my same company, but in a whole different role and learned a whole new job/skillset. At 1st it su-ked, but it was good to expand my resume and prove to myself I was capable to pick up new concepts and skills.
Stay open to new types of work!
You should plan 8-10 months to find your next role. It's unlikely you'll find a role in your current industry, that will delay securing your next job.
