Has anyone else noticed that half the leadership in TX SAM has left in the last year? What is going on over there??

@dm someone needs to put him in charge of a used car dealership.
At some point- leadership has to be aware of the loss of talent. If they are not aware, then it proves their incompetence. If they are aware- it proves their lack of leadership . They hate all of SAM anyway and want AI to do everything so they can collect their fat paycheck and deferred compensation and go to car races. Every one of them should be canned and would be if they worked anywhere else.
Soon there will be no one but su-k ups to the clowns left.
@dm signing a non compete upon hire is normal but forcing one in folks that have been here a while is absurd. Also the pressure tactics were pretty u usual- SAM got a deadline to sign but also got nasty emails until you did with a warning that not signing was considered your resignation
@dm Jim is a total buffoon. Um um uh uh I say I say- he sounds like a clown and he also blurts out stupid stuff- notice HR is now usually in the room with him. Others cover for his ineptitude but since he lost his boys in network and he lost network- that should be a warning to him. ( fyi- hospital systems hate him). He is a rude chauvinist as well. But someone in Chicago thinks he’s a genius lol. One buffoon recognizing another buffoon.
As for SAM in general- Illinois took away any power that anyone had- except for Heather and Jim. They ignored quality candidates for their personal friends. Opella hates SAM- hence Maurice hates SAm. Why work hard for no recognition but a whole lot of grief and work?
Several of them left when they were asked to sign the non compete agreement. From what I hear, it was really aggressive, and many were concerned about the language that prevented them from working in the same business, if there are layoffs. I know that’s normal for non compete but given the job market I think most were worried a possible layoff was coming, and therefore they'd be stuck.
Also, Jim is a joke. I wouldn’t want to work with him either- someone needs to put that man in speaking classes.
I know one thing, many SAM's were forced to sign some kind of agreement, maybe a noncompete, not sure.
