In ACN what are all the major credentials required to become an MD?
I am a Senior Manager for the last 5 Years in SAP Finance (5 Years ago close friend that is an MD helped me to become a Sr Manager and as a CC he helped my pay hike every year, now that MD was let go last week), now how do I become an MD, when my Network Helping MD is gone, my dreams are falling apart

No discernable value to contribute across hands-on functional/technical skills, leadership, sales, marketing, or strategy. This low metric in inverse proportion with your ability to take credit for any & all positive outcomes while deflecting blame for negative outcomes.
A$$ kissing is like breathing: Say yes to everything and then delegate it to the people who are already working 60 hour weeks (they can always do more) while you take evenings and weekends off.
Buzzword bingo: Memorize the glossary even though you don't know or understand what 95% of it means.
Blather incessantly about your high flying personal/family lifestyle. You are a non-stop daredevil, luxury world traveler, race car driver, fantasy [fill in the blank] camp, fine dining, parasailing, $1200 per ticket concert going machine! Never fail to let your team know 24/7 lest they forget!
Otherwise just generally no conscience, no character, no soul, you'd like about the time of day if you had something to gain from it.
