Not in support or production engineering soon but 100% will be new until company will be sold
This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. Layoffs in Q1 and Q2 was known. I’m not there anymore, so can’t tell what’s on the horizon for sure but it’s safe to say they aren’t done. If this pivot doesn’t work, I anticipate a sale and with no real product, Five9 will get sold for pennie’s.
