With today's announcement of four days in office, it's time for some of us to leave. Has anyone had luck finding remote positions?

Store Ops (US HQ) is going to 2 days in September. Time in stores counts, so remote folks are expected to do store visits.
@rp TES is going to 2 days a week in September, it’s one day a week (Wednesday) at the moment
What areas at target have no in office requirements or are still flex for your day?
Agree. This is not equitable at all. What’s gonna stop me from trying to now move to a team that comes in less or not at all? This company is so fu--ing stupid.
Almost poetic. The day after labor day. Now you get reminded why it us called "Work".
There are the menial paper pushing fools who say "i am quitting". This is a rich statement because you won't get your gravy train you have been riding.
If you think what you do from home is important (ie. No daycare. Laundry, car washing) put it on your resume!
Ha ha ha ha. Best news ever! Lazy bones!!!!!!
@cq especially when there are still leaders L7+ in the merch pyramid who get to be remote. i'm all for remote work but it's not fair if some get to never come in while others need to spend hundreds of dollars a year on gas and parking.
Don’t let the door hit you on the a-s on your way out.
We’re about the only company left not requiring four days. Not sure why we don’t just do three days for all HQ to keep it fair. How is it fair to Merch to have to do four days when some teams still never come in?
All merch per email from Cara. I'm curious what the requirements are for other pyramids?
Merch pyramid
All pyramids will get this announcement soon. At least for Merch/PIM/Sourcing. Not sure about other areas. 4 days a week begins after Labor Day.
We did not get that announcement. What pyramid are you in?
