It's pretty obvious that Ramon and his team have no clue what they are doing. It's only a matter of time before the company is broken up. Frito can probably be sold off to either Dow Chemical or DuPont since they are all Chemical companies.

Ramon needs to go. Lay offs…the HQ-Frito Lay is so top heavy & they have no clue. All HQ Leadership needs to show their leadership if they are not laid off need to take a 20% pay cut & no bonus. Save those funds for our hourly Teams. Several years ago HQ agreed to raise prices beyond average retail increase % which opened the door for smart consumers to look for other options. The consumer realized how significantly less expensive private label was & the taste was comparable or even better tasting. Ramon & Rachel need to be let go.
Coke should buy the client listing (the most valuable item left) and dissolve the remainder of PepsiCo through junk sales.
PEP management at all levels is a joke, they all live in a bubble with their useless PowerPoints, buzzwords and trite clichés completely detached from reality. It's hard to believe that anyone takes them seriously at this point.
The message being sent is that we need to consolidate. People are not executing and working fast enough. This is revealing about how there is no accountability at the top. Employees need to be pushed harder and act with more urgency is what they are telling us.
Consumer being stressed is the theme also. No acknowledgment of this being a junk food company that did not transform
