Attrition is severely promoted to save CPM payout

@dc That really sums intel up, That should be the new Slogan, instead of “Great Place To Work” it should be “Welcome to Intel, where you do the work and someone else more popular gets the promotion!”
@de are you of the wrong race by any chance? Or do you not kiss up to a boss?
They don't even need to rely on attrition. HR just needs to monitor which people are spending most of their shift watching Netflix or day trading instead of working and cut them loose. It would save Intel CPM payouts and get rid of all the dead weight.
@dc it's half the reason why I'm leaving. The lazy piece of trash that does nothing but gossip and act like the place couldn't survive without them frequently gets recognized in meetings and promoted while those of us actually running around trying to put out the fires are expected to keep up the pace indefinitely with no grade increase and an insulting raise that didn't even cover inflation.
They can't cut our teams down by 50-75% and then expect 1 person to do the work designed for 3 with no compensation adjustment.
Welcome to Intel, where you do the work and someone else more popular gets the promotion!
Constructive discharge?
