They're saving big $$ eliminating the fat shots from coverage. They always impress me with their creativity in figuring out new ways to $crew their employees each year.

Lol, just because premiums will stay flat doesn't mean the benefits or services will still be the same.

@a5 the but was "we are removing GLP-1s for weight loss this year... but we are keeping premiums flat." For once the but was a positive!

I just assume it'll be paid for with reduced annual pay/bonus. It's a zero sum game.

When he started talking about changes to employees benefits, I was waiting for the shoe to drop. He mentioned that premiums are staying the same. I was waiting for a BUT after that. Did I miss something?
