If you are debating leaving Truist and are afraid to, don’t be. It’s so much better being away from that place. You will make more money elsewhere and you will be happier. Don’t trust your leadership and hope that they do better because they won’t. Just leave. It will be ok! Not a troll, just a ex employee who got out and sees that it’s all working out.

Agreed
I did. And although I liked my teammates, the management got worse and a lot of good leadership have since left.
You will be happier. If you already hit your 5 year, start looking. You got your pension so now it is time to look out and find employment that values you more than Truist.
It isn't easy, but nothing worth doing ever is.
Well, for what it’s worth I left another company to come to Truist and have made a cr-p ton more money over here so yeah there’s that
@av heya there bootlicker, sorry you feel stuck at TFC because you have no transferable skills and refuse to lose your pension. Have fun being miserable!
@av oh you must be on the executive management side?
Why don’t you leave this forum? A pathetic ex-employee…
Truist will be sold off in my opinion soon w Mike lyons. It’s a case study of poor management by Bill Rogers and Kelly King.
Same. I left a year and a half ago now with no job lined up. It all worked out.
The grass isn't always greener but I'd say there's a 95% chance that it is when it comes to leaving TFC ...
