Why BofA is hiring contractors in such huge numbers? Is it just usual business or something big is going to happen.

In most cases, they bring caste and only hire their preferred candidates
It's a shame that most of the work places are turning into India like working environment with more preference to caste, race, language etc..
Shame of those upper caste mo--ns who do this sh-t. They carried this nonsense out of their country.
All contracts should be temporary and if they hire any contractors, they must not fire any citizens from their teams.
If you suspect and caste or racism or fake internal posts or interviews,.please report to the department of labor.
All contracting companies does some kind of shady business outside office hours and in offshore.

What roles are they hiring? And is it only Indian nationals? Telugus ,Brahmin ?
@c2 Our GTI group is paying the outside vendors $90 to $125 per hour per contractor and the contractors are generally getting 50 hours per week with anything over 40 hours paid as time and a half. I have asked a couple of the contractors how much they are actually being paid and that has ranged from $60 to $110 per hour. Our budget approved for each is generally right at $300k per year per contractor. We currently have seven contractors.
What LOB?
They don't have to pay them nearly as much as they pay employees... not that we W-2 folks are making fortunes. They don't have to pay contractors health insurance, dental, etc., and the bank-minimum-wage also doesn't apply to them. However, they get to dangle those things in front of them conditioned on vague expectations of good performance. It's one of the top 15 scvmm!est things I've seen this place do.
