Nothingburgers

These RTO, relocation, and surpluses this year have turned out to be nothingburgers in the grand scheme of things. Nothing nearly as impactful as originally advertised. Just be in the right location and right time and you are good. Now on to the next challenges.

"Still here" doesn't mean safe. They have had surplusses for the last 3 years straight that I can remember. There is one particular AVP who is pushing HARD to get rid of virtual because she does NOT like it and the whole Hybrid model is her "Brain Child" and Stankey has cosigned it in conversation. She has said this numerous times without a lick of hesitation so it is literally only a matter of time before one of the other a--hats L3 and higher decide to follow her lead. And yes I am speaking about Celeste Boyd-Spear. Those who know, know.

@aj one of the Loyalty centers they shuttered was number one in performance for the last decade (literally keeping one AVPS scorecard afloat compared to the others) so that is 100% incorrect and to be so callous when people have just lost their jobs in THIS job market makes me hope you are NOT in any position of power or customer care.

@OP

Remove that boot from your esophagus, try to clear whatever is left of your mind, and try again.
