@kg interesting, I know we have hundreds of offshore employees hired from the Philippines now
@ff in Ireland we have brought on -150 staff and started training in RCM for full deployment mid August. Im not sure if it is related, but we told we were replacing on shore resources.

While my Director wouldn't go into details, they said it wasn't good for the rebadged staff.
they are no longer an MPP? we lose the badged employees and RCM business? they stop buying other Optum products?
