From my source in NA I have information that managers got an email to push rating of Meets and mandatory have people in Not Meets. Manager ratings were subject to review standardization from Dir/VP level. After review many ratings have been pushed further down. Looking at the stock price and the news on Oracle I don't think there will be any raises but more likely reduction in force coming. AI is death knell of Oracle.
@b4 why bother? Last year I got rating of 5. 0 (zero) salary hike still.

Understand one thing, annual reviews will be soft and beautiful in Oracle always. Its actually managers report and choice which targets layoff
@br rsus and stock options. focal is not part of the annual review process though - they are separate.
They aren’t giving RSUs this year is what I’m hearing
They were available from today is what I have heard from peers - should be out to you next week
Ellison has been cheating employees since its inception of raises.....
These reviews have no bearing with upcoming focals if any. Also they are going to lowball the ratings to justify no salary increase of any sorts.
They are due next week.
