anyone else just feel constantly discouraged and unmotivated from these layoffs? been here for a year and have survived 3 layoffs. it is definitely not making me feel great as an employee

This is what drives me to WFH, sit on my sofa and watch TV all while collecting a pay check. Performance doesn’t matter when it comes to RIFs. You are just a number and if it gets called, you are gone regardless of how well you performed.

@OP This isn't a career. Wireless is a commodity at this point. It's a race to the bottom. Use these layoffs and your discouragement as motivation to figure something out.
Yes. We are all demotivated @OP (except for the @BR pep/demoralizaton squad that are among us here). Go team Go, Rah!
I lasted 30 years, unfortunately for the those of you hired in the last 5-10 years you don't realized that this once was a great place to work where they actually valued the employee. Grateful I experienced a real company and helped build a great Network but happy to be GONE!!
I've been here 29 years... you'll get used to it.
Today was about closing brick and morter. It's not like that's a bad decision. We make a lot of bad strategic moves, today wasn't one of them.
