Kinetic - Consuner and Business - is doing great. Leadership is strong and supportive. People in sales are happy. Not sure why the negativity here.

I read an article where Kinetics is offering a 10K reward for copper thieves. Is this common?

@OP Sales team is really happy. Morale is up. Commissions too. The business ethics really improved since January. Customers are happy. Best place I have worked in years! I completely trust the vision.
Things are definitely turning around with all the new X Frontier & Verizon employees we hired. The old Windstream team was losing bad with constant bad decisions and goals. Thank you new employees for giving this place a pulse again!
But is Kinetic winning enough to make that T-Mobile buyout happen? Or did they figure out that things aren't what they seem?

Most workers are not the simplistic bootlicker that you are.
@OP probably has something to do with you can be the most productive person in a group and the smartest person and you'll still land yourself on the Rif list due to the bi--hes in HR deciding you don't fit into a protected class.
Anyone continuing to stay here thinking it won't happen to you is delusional.
