Mike won’t be woke but he needs to clean house. The C Suite team thinks barking louder drives results. They have yet to figure out culture drives results. KL is 2 faced, Donta is a clown so let’s start there. How many csbb retail leaders have left in the last 6 years? How many RP changes? Wells Fargo hires have been a disaster running entire LOB.
You’re right, but at least Mike Mayo with WF got real with him. Told him he was a decent human being but basically said the stock had done nothing since he’s been CEO. And these analysts are clueless about the terrible morale here. Pretty sad. I don’t know if Mike Lyons will be any better, but he has a low bar to cross over. I just hope he isn’t WOKE like Bill.
