Anyone have any idea when the next round of layoffs might start?

I imagine Phillips 66 is closely monitoring ConocoPhillips' upcoming large-scale MSP initiative.
It will just be continuous. The CEO and ELT have been clear about this for a long time.
Until there is a new CEO who is engaged, Tractor Man and his accomplice (T@ndr@) run Phillips 66. Fact.
CFO is weak and just goes with the flow to protect his well-above-industry pay. Commercial head just shops art and likes to travel. Refining head was always a short timer and always struggled to actually run a refinery himself, and the head of IT and whatever else is simply just over her head and has no idea what she is doing.
This leadership team and board are beyond being helped. A full scale purge is needed and outside leadership needs to be brought in.
@OP Just a guess, I would say be late October so budgets can be set for the new year.
