what is the new rewards program for belk charge cards, it will start in august or september but belk is being tight lipped about it. some are saying it will be less rewards and customers will have a 39% interest rate.

There’s required training in the Workday app for this. Nothing is a secret if you know where to look. Current APR is 34.99% unless they default on it then it’s a penalty APR of 39.99%. Could be changing — not sure. But customers who know about and use their interest-free flexible payment plan perk don’t ever pay interest anyway so who cares.
REWARD DOLLARS EXPIRATION PERK
Both earned and promotional reward dollars expire in 93 days instead of 30 or 63 days (I believe includes birthday rewards) unless otherwise stated on the promotional reward.
TIER UPDATE
Insider Tier will be 0-$499.99
Premier Tier will be $500-$999.99
Elite will remain $1000 and up
BELK STORE PURCHASES
Insiders will earn 3% back instead of 4%.
Premier will continue to earn 5%.
Elite will continue to earn 7%.
All tiers will earn 10% on beauty.

All tiers can pick their own days.
