People are leaving in droves. I'm wondering if there's anything that could actually convince you to stay, or are you just done?

What would get me to stay? Fully remote and 20k increase to my salary.
The only reason to remain is because we have bills and family responsibilities UNTIL we can get something better than this. This Robin regime has proven itself to be lying, mean and untruthful. Even if they claimed to turn it back and stop the abuse with fake bad reviews for firings, it is too late. In a matter of trust, they are a total failure and untrustworthy. The clients know. The investment community will find out soon enough.
