When are we going to be rid of this terrible regime? Any light at all at the end of the tunnel?

@ed The few external hires at the E level are typically in specialist roles like Law and Corporate Public Affairs as those roles benefit from government or lobbying experience. The CEO and operating roles have exclusively been in house, as have most ancillary ones like strategy, finance, HSE et al as these are used to broaden individuals who might have a shot at a larger role.

@eb external managers are used for large layoffs and AI driven reorganizations. That is when we get them - then zero accountability by LC and Anu. Thoughts?
Chevron never brings in external executives, so any future “leaders” will be home grown.
Who would you replace them with though??
