I swear, after20+ years, they say basically the same exact thing at every meeting, just change out a few buzz words.. but the subject/content is the same…..every time. So basically have made no real difference “to the lives of the people we serve”. Ugggg

We’ll, we do the same thing as we did 20 years ago; sell health insurance. All we’ve changed is the buzz words, decrease provider reimbursements, increase insured’s premiums. Oh, I forgot change the corporate name every so often. Nothing there to set us apart from everyone else in the same line of business. I’m just hoping I don’t get on the RIF list before my 8 months until retirement. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
