@bm I think leveraging smax is smart move they will get there eventually. I remember when we went live service cloud took ages to get it right.

Loosing lots of automation and they now having to build it..I was lucky to leave in jan.. I know IT and senior leaders pushed hard but were over rules.. preferred excel and keeping jobs got low skilled IT leads..Lost all the partner stuff too as he wanted partners out
Even though they are 50 percent revenue.. a total imbecile he was....I read that's changed partner now core you are lucky he's gone...is the new CEO approving 50 k deals or saying no to all.innovatio .
