We're down so much in headcount it's not even funny. The only folks left will be those who water the plants if it continues like this.

Can't use Aquafina, for that.... Pepsi gave all that volume to Niagara !
I was a TSL for about nine months before taking a job as a buyer for a local company. I work a tenth as hard, feel ten times more appreciated, and my comp is around 65% higher.
I don't get 75 emails a day full of indigestible data from a KAM or VP telling me to fix all 15 of my Walmarts and service my other 90 large-format accounts by 9am — while my entire merchandising team starts at 5am, our Walmarts are each getting 12 pallets, merch has to be worked with a pallet jack at 9am, and then it's "why do that merchandiser's other four stops look horrible?" 😂 Or hey we don’t have Pepsi zero six packs on this display across town that is on once a week delivery and the WH shorted you. Yeah no sh-t, the sky is blue too👻
I had a convo with my old Market Director — who's over customer service now — that the only people left at that place are the ones who can't find a job on the open market he laughed and agreed and is simply taking a check.
Too many VPS and SVPs, too little do-ers
I'm surprised to hear that you still have plants.
I know. This is the only place around where you are already doing the work of 2-3 people and then leadership says act with more urgency. Ridiculous, clueless, and they could not care less about you.
