Man, there are no benefits for offshore. Also, nobody cares about them. Stuff can be deleted which offshore did. It is not critical to the business. IT is not going to grow the business anyway
@h5 This company has become a disgrace. Not only merging under the guise of creating new jobs but eliminating them only to be replaced offshore. Absolute embarrassment.
One of those listed positions was my former role and it really PMO to be given the excuse that geographical work teams needed to relocate together for better collaboration. Yet, someone in Hyderabad who's not even in the same working time zone needs to be hired. F' em!
All the fear of Mexicans taking jobs no one wants and somehow high paying tech jobs is brushed aside.
