Deeper employee cuts must be made, shareholders are not going to tolerate the stock price continuing to erode. Quickest way to recover short term is to cut headcount, Wall Street loves to see operating cost reduced.

That is where the problem is. The ICs are what’s making this company not best in class. If they would just work harder and cheaper we would have a lot more profit.
