Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

@e0 I was a multi-year 5 rating employee who was dropped to a low 4 this year because of a reassignment to a leveraged leader who chose to ignore the rating inputs the account had given. He has spoken to me twice in the 10 months since our assignment. The thought that that leader is going to profit from me working nearly 2500 hours last year DISGUSTS ME.

I do not know my increase because he seemingly cannot be bothered to make time to meet with those reporting to him. "Hands off" management is one thing, but ge-z what is he being paid for and can I have his job?

@b9 it is double to triple that for VP's.

Directors 20-25% of salary.

Talk about a divide!

@OP I got a 5 rating & 3.5% - I totally worked my butt off, etc.... but compared to what I've heard, I should be ecstatic.

Mgr said one thing, but all I heard was, so... just so the bare minimum, & get a 3. That just taught me to do less, cuz I busted my butt.

You will dine on the scraps falling from the table while your managing overlords collect bonuses of $30-40K.

@OP This is not out of line. The raise pool this year was bad.

Rating - 4, increase 0%, no communication from leader as to why. Can't wait to hear the explanation. I am not too far above midpoint.

If it isn’t obvious, it should be.

Gainwell doesn’t care about you.

I got a 3 (meets expectations) and a 1.5% increase.
