With a company that is so anti employee, with literally NO regard for tenure, loyalty, performance...should we expect any transparency at all?

Yes we know you exist. You are not dell employees. You are disgruntled ex employees or worse still - the competition that is trying to make good people feel unsettled.
I’m not saying we don’t have areas of concern. We do. But not to the level you post. Disinformation, disinformation and psych opps designed to unsettle people who don’t need to be worried.

@OP They've needed to be investigated for years. There is no two-way HR oversight at Dell. To the contrary, HR proactively works to protect leaders who have violated workplace labor laws. We've seen examples of that over and over again. But our corrupt courts in the USA allow them to continue to get away with it. Big Corp is in our corrupt government's pockets.
