Managements already regurgitating all of the three pillar, talking points, and even making us all sit through nonsensical team meetings, trying to get us to state how our jobs fit into those three pillars

I like that one of them is “Run our company better.” Is this really something you have to state? As some magical pillar? Isn’t that obvious? Like who the F sets out to runs company badly? That right there is the problem with folks in senior management. That this is the best they can come up with or paid consultants to come up with.

“I know, here’s a revolutionary thought, let’s run the company better! And make that a pillar. That will inspire the masses! Of course if we actually knew how to that our job would be more than coming up with talking points and collecting stock options…”
