I have yet to find any two people, let alone 3 or 4, who work together to a mutual benefit.
A department is generally held up by 1, maybe two independent workhorses. Yet could be of just about any size.
The rest of these teams do things like disappear for hours at a time, distract other departments. Come and go as they please. It's more or less a social club hosted by one or two (if you're lucky) Adults who clean house.
Becouse of this, when an adult leaves, the whole thing comes crashing down. This is why you see some previously strong areas go so weak you'd think everyone had a stroke.
The social club makes it look as if they're the ones pumping results.
Make no mistake, the smoke and mirrors game is very strong here, and i don't really blame the directors for putting the incorect people on pedistals. Trust me when i say there are folks here who have somehow spent their entire life crutching on office politics. It's ammusing really.
