Wasn’t Aditya the mobile or online banking guy before he kissed his way to the top?

Yep, the automatic payment set up is not very clear. You have to request e bills first and NO ONE knows that until they call in and get clarity on it..after being on hold for who knows how long.

Cap One app cashing in rewards: Tap. Slide. Tap. Done.

Our app: Tap. Tap. Tap amount. Click ok. Slide. Wait... the disclaimer needs to be confirmed before you slide but the slide was active so you would not have known that. Go back. Fly-in message covers half the line you are to read. Click x to close disclaimer. Slide again.

Sometimes simple wins.

Yeah try to setup automatic payments in the app for a credit card. It’s impossible. it’s not easy on the site either. New app UI overhaul frequently fails to load for me too.

There’s definitely something going on with our mobile app. It’s not working like it used to. It lags opening screens, ‘we cannot process your request’ error happens more often for no reason and there’s a constant issue with Zelle.

Not buyin into this list.. I have used both TD and Cap one apps, they're nothing special. Just really simplistic. Neither one breaks down spending by catagory or does any sort of analyitics for month to month comparisons.

Only thing cap one does have is the new "expected upcoming charge" where it tells you a sub renewal is about to hit - i'll admit that can certainly be useful, and detrimental for those sub services who rely on people forgetting that theyre subbed.
