Almost twelve years of service and I could not agree more.
The amount of incompetent, non working folks has been unbelievable. You can see the ones who complain the most at my store are the ones who refuse to take on more responsibility or even try new work strategies...WFM cannot survive the way it has operated....so we must change.
I honestly do not know if firing Regional folks is the answer.
I think TMs at my store who whine need to have an attitude of gratitude for sure. Why? Because in the real world nothing is ever guaranteed. At anytime anything can and will happen.
Whole Foods never promised retirement...but has always (and still does) reward hard work.
I'm freakin' greatful to have had almost 12 yrs!!! I've paid off my student loans, WFM foot the bill for the birth of my two angels, I've got experience that IS VALUABLE in the grocery field, I've got some real friends that are better than my own family....the list could go on..
Gratitude....
