Although it may seem probable, imo the potential PR fallout wouldn't make it a smart decision. It would be an ideal sandbox for low risk development of new tech, software and marketing programs which could then be beta tested before it goes live. The store is making the sales (if accurate, $1M/week is enough to get a good analysis but not disrupt the bottom line) and it's located in an area with a relatively diverse market mix. With the headquarters right there, it could be the perfect trojan horse for a company seeking to break the mold in this market. But that's just my opinion. :)
