I dont think our employees know what we can exchange info here - I work in Simi Valley and we have been heavily hit by layoffs this year. THis place was the only place where I was able to find any info.

Have you heard anything about cuts at the processing center in Windsor, CT? I heard that some of the work might be given to an external company, something like outsourcing? Please let me know.

Is there a master plan for reorg of the whole company sometimes in 2014 or 2015. I heard that something might be in works and that BofA may move in late 2014 to execute layoffs.

If you have anything to do with our Mortgage Business you might want to polish up your resume and be ready for layoffs. All competitors are cutting deep, we do too and this trend will continue.

More stirrings today - WARN has 30 in Simi Valley and they normally happen 7-10 days from the "layoff notice" in the warn. Be aware.

Layoffs on 4/23 totaled more than 300 spread across multiple divisions (there were no posted WARN notices) but concentrating on the ever shrinking LAS area Sorry to those who are gone and even more for those that remain - Try to sleep at night now.
