HCSC Severance Package

HCSC employees who have experienced a RIF in the past couple of years, what did your severance package look like? Just wondering what to possibly expect should we experience one anytime soon.

Where is Senior Leadership?

What is going on? Is HCSC regretting this sale? There’s been nothing but confusion, Cigna execs leaving, people being fired or moved to random departments and zero communication.

API payout

Have heard ranges around 125% of target for 3s and 140% for 4s. Anecdotal, but 3.5% merit raise for 3s, 4% for 4s. Anyone here get wildly different results?

Does HCSC overpay for Cigna Medicare for a mere 600k Medicare advantage members not sure how many of them stay after the deal ? The total Cigna Medicare revenue also less than 8b with more then 5000 employees coming to Hcsc

If you work for one of the subsidiaries, just know how little hcsc thinks of you. We are a stain on the bottom of their shoe.
