Hours cut

People whose hours have been cut have little motivation to work here. My hours are also cut, but I am expected to work as if they weren't cut. Do they really think that someone will put in the same effort after that?

What can anyone here change but the company?

My question is for those who advise that one should stop complaining and try to change something about it instead. What exactly can be changed here? I don't think it's possible to change anything other than becoming indifferent to everything... — read more

It's not worth it.

I've had enough and decided I don't want to be overworked anymore. Ever since I changed my approach to working here, I have to admit that everything got much easier. I love my job and what I do, but I've convinced myself 1000 times that it's not... — read more

I hope there is another lay off and they got rid of some of these good for nothing older managers. We are once again top heavy and in need of some housekeeping. Some of these managers are toxic, corrupt and selfish. They make the younger employees... — read more

Can Anyone Name the Board of Directors for HCSC?

It seems HCSC goes out of their way to hide who their Board of Directors is, where they are from and how much they make. It is not even on their website. For example, State Farm, another mutual company, makes this information readily available on... — read more

Santa bring me ethical, kind leadership

In the past several months I’ve had reason to interact with very senior leaders in our company. I am frustrated and angry at what I observe. Rudeness and other inexcusable behavior instead of supportive action. They don’t listen and their egos are... — read more

Looks like BAU

Judging from what I've been reading, the new head of HR will bring nothing new to the company. And he certainly is not coming to help us but to protect the company. In other words, just BAU.
