Must be a great company to work for since the last post was over one year ago. Some companies on layoff.com have many posts every day

Any day can be your last. Employees recently terminated (not me). Employee comes to work, they are fired and minutes later the manager holds a meeting to announce the terminations. This also happened to employees working 10+ years.

They are cutting costs and letting people go as a part of the new budget. Watch out. No one is safe.

I work in HR. The company doesn't even report layoffs to WARN due to meeting the minimum number not required to. They are a very cold company -- they just let people go for no reason - sad. Not stable at all. Leadership is in disarray
