We all see it… Intel was a plane sputtering in the air. Post pandemic gave Intel its last push and the plane is now crashing down. All you see on this site are complaints of pay and “they better start paying us” before we leave for greener... — read more

Intel culture
I don’t understand the talk about the degrading of Intel culture over the last several years. I started working at Intel in 2001 and it was already a toxic work environment then. Rampant backstabbing due to ranking and rating, favoritism galore... — read more

Financial filings show ELT pushed through insane severance packages for themselves just a few weeks ago . And the head of HR has left the building and is on the way to Paris for vacation. Very different family from mine.
15k target and 15k eligible for retirement. Is there a silent message?
It was mentioned in ACM that 15k employees are eligible for early retirement. And the headcount reduction target is 15k. Is that a silent message that they want all older employees to get out? Will they be targeted in the involuntary phase if they... — read more

G12 and G13 excluded from CPM
I don't understand this. They are excluded from CPM VSP but not from ISP. What is the point of doing that ? A G11 may as well decline to do CPM VSP and they may save more money with getting G12 and G13s apply for VSP. Or are they too valuable for... — read more

Intel doesn't want better
Intel want's cheaper. It's as simple as that.
INTC is still a value trap
Being below book value won’t save it as long as Pat is still torching good money after bad on things that will never return profit in the vain pursuit of his now defunct plan
Why does Intel employ Scrum Masters
All Scrum Masters can be CPM’d some of these people have one or two APTs what are they doing the other 37 hours each week. What a waste of money.
