Many BUs are given pretty large budget cuts around 20-25% and it’s impossible to meet them without layoffs. Anyone who says otherwise is clueless.

This chump needs to go. Intel needs to improve hiring, meaning quick firing of individuals who do not deliver results. From top to bottom on company. Mistakes in hiring will also happen deal with mistakes promptly.

Anyone have any real insights or thoughts on why Intel moved out their Q2 quarterly earnings by a week later (to Aug 1st), and extended the company all-hand quarterly meeting by 30mins? Thinking maybe they'll give out free ice cream (LOL)?
