Raise to grd 3-7 it's saying FU to grd 8

Grade 7 employees should feel happy that now most grade 7 employees earn almost the same base pay as grade 8 :) Keep working hard grade 8 guys, no raise for you.

Everyone is talking about how Qualcomm’s next-gen CPU for PCs will take on Apple’s M-series chips in 2023, but I think Intel is the one who should be more concerned than Apple. Any thoughts?

What were the criteria for pay raise?

I was hoping for a pay raise too, I think like most here I deserved it, but it was just a pipe dream. Does anyone know for sure what the criteria were for getting a pay raise? What will Intel achieve with this distribution of raises if not the... — read more

Two iconic companies deciding to be split up. This will be the next CEOs duty after Pat’s utter failure to compete against the Trillion dollar ecosystems of Apple, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, TSMC and Samsung. If Intel is lucky maybe they... — read more

Will they finally try to keep anyone?

I hope they will offer some new benefits, because if not, I'm afraid that more and more people will be quitting. Given that other companies are starting to offer better conditions, it won't make much sense to stay here. Unless the leadership finally... — read more

Intel IBM and GE is your best outcome, or is it Nokia

When a company missed a pivot point no amount of strategy nor fancy reorganization and spin can fix it. A decade ago when Intel was top dog in chips and Manufacturing they passed on the next big thing and as a result Apple, Samsung, Google, TSMC... — read more

Is this you living in la la land?

Why hate Intel?

It's a big company. Pay is not top brand, but it is a super comfortable place. We don't have to work much and can spend time on other things in life. There is enough room to lay low and keep quite without getting too much attention. Has good perks... — read more
