Usually this is a sign of attrition, which leads to layoffs if the attrition isn’t enough in dollars. I believe the previous posts more will be coming.

Just have to say this. I was in one of the Rah Rah sessions in the auditorium and one of the sleazy Optum Finance guys was up there talking about how much money they're making and going to be making. I seriously wanted to get him a drool bucket.
