How long did it take for layoffs to start after you were acquired by Optum? What areas & roles were impacted? How many people were laid off? Were there any signs that layoffs were coming? Did you get a severance package?

4-5 days and the only official notice to the outside world is that experts are working on it. Where are all the executives that talk the pretty talk about how prepared we need to be for a disaster?

This down time is costing big $$$. We all know something’s got to give, so not surprising if there are layoffs in the horizon
