I was let go after more than 18 years... My MAP review has been a 4 pretty much always... With me (and people like me) gone folks that are staying will have a huge knowledge gap. This is all sad and poorly done.

I'm currently in UHC Tech Ben Ops and the WLB is very sh---y with constant overtime along with working on the weekends. I plan on transferring internally to a different team and wanted some recommendations on orgs with good WLB. Thanks.
