Many new positions over the last few months have came up doing the same exact jobs that are already in place. QMCA’s were implemented that replicate member advocates, case managers, and patient care advocates.. they are doing the same work leaving older employees with a smaller almost nonexistent caseload. These positions were implemented earlier this year and the last hiring wave ended in June. I feel like the new hires are safe. They are keeping the new positions and getting rid of the old.

@bd which team?
@er Just my 2 cents! We all have our own perspectives. If this isn't your cup of tea, feel free to just scroll on by. It's totally free to ignore, so no need to get worked up over it! 😊
Here you go with this same post content, verbatim, copyy/pasting it onto thread after thread, in the Centene section of this site!

You are very determined to try to do some sort of damage control here, by copy/pasting that same B.S. on thread after thread. "Leadership holds all the cards"...LOL
Is that why "leadership" had to backtrack and change the VSP policy, once they saw the deluge of numbers of people who applied for it? Suddenly the "leadership" tone changed from "take it or leave it" (where most people took the offer) to "hey wait a minute guys, we need to change things up a bit here...we need more time to process things."
GTFO with your B.S.
Everyone can see through it, and you're fooling no one.
Honestly, no one knows what leadership will do, and they hold all the cards. Speculating on every rumor isn't going to change the outcome. In the end, it boils down to two options: accept the Voluntary Separation Program (VSP) or risk an involuntary layoff. It’s a financial decision for the company, not a personal one. My best advice is to stop stressing over the noise and focus on preparing for whichever scenario comes your way.
Our restructuring has already been completed and we start new teams July 13th
I agree we have a quality team that all of a sudden has taken over the cases we once received!!!! It has been very frustrating to say the least and leaves me so nervous as to being laid off in the future.
