If you wait 6 months, you are eligible to come back as a contractor or employee. They will then offer you about 40% less than what you were making before, and you will put your tail between your legs and take it.

It’s clearly in the severence info. Wait 6 months and come back if you want to be there again. Others have done it. Not sure why you would want to when you’re going to be riffed again but you absolutely can do it if that is your focus! I’d challenge you to try another role and you may be suprised how much happier and healthier you are. But it’s your choice

Generally, it's a six month waiting period, and then you can get your old job back, as a contractor, for less pay and benefits.

If you got a severance package you have to wait until 6 months to be rehired or you have to pay back your severance. It's in the severance documents
